How does the customization process work?

We offer a simple and intuitive customization process. You can upload a high-resolution image of your pet, choose the jewelry style you prefer, and our team will handle the rest to create a unique piece featuring your beloved pet.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All of our TailyMemo pieces comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.Once your item is delivered, we offer a no questions asked refund if you don't love it within the first 30 days! If, within this period, the jewelry shows defects in material or craftsmanship, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. If the exact model is unavailable, we'll offer a piece of similar value or style.

How long does it take to receive my customized jewelry?

Typically, it takes between 2-5 days for us to process your order and create your customized pieces. Approximately 10-15 days to receive your product. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

North America: 5-10 business days

Europe & Australia: 6-10 business days

HK& MACAU: 2-4 business days

Other countries: 5-15 business days

What types of jewelry can I customize with my pet's print?

We offer a variety of jewelry options including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and keychains, all customizable with your pet's print.

What kind of images work best for customization?

We recommend using high-resolution images with clear details of your pet's face or paw print for the best results.

Can I customize jewelry with multiple pets?

Yes, you can customize jewelry with multiple pets! Simply upload images of each pet during the customization process.

How do I care for my pet print jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals and storing it in a dry place when not in use.

About Custom Pet Portraits

Can I see my artwork before it gets printed?

If you want to see what the preview work looks like first, you can contact our customer service team. They will communicate with the designer and then give you the preview of the product. Due to our current limited technology, this is the only way to achieve this for the time being.

What if I don't like my artwork?

If you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We print once you're happy with your order.

If you don't like your item once receive, we'll redo the art and replace it free of charge.

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email

Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.

Do you just design portraits for dogs?

Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you don't like your art we'll edit it free of charge until you say you love it. If you receive your order and for some reason you don't like it, we'll redo the art and replace it for you.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we've shipped our products all over the world and we always use fully tracked shipping methods. You will receive your tracking number via email.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over USD45. 

$4.90 shipping fee for orders under $45.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business day. (2-5 business days for custom products).

Delivery times range from 5-15 business days depending on the destination listed below:

North America: 5-10 business days

Other countries: 5-15 business days

How to check my order?

Either of the following ways will be able for you to check your order:

  • By E-Mail

We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

If you have not received an Order Confirmation email please check your Spam/Promotions folder within your email provider. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact us at support@tailymemo.com and we will be sure to resend it to you.

  • By Logging in the account:

Have an account?

Great! Login and head over to your TailyMemo account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed!

How can I track the status of my parcel?

You will get the shipping notification with the tracking Number once your order has been shipped. Once your parcel was scanned into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm via email whether it’s been approved and process the refund accordingly.

Can I change my delivery address?

Changing delivery address are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm via email whether it’s been changed.

If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us with the correct delivery address and order number.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail with the tracking No.

Can I return/exchange my order?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt, with items needing to be in original condition. If you have not exceeded the timeframe, your order can be returned/exchanged. For detailed information, please visit our Return & Exchange page.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

My package was lost on delivery. What will I do?

In the rare event that your package is lost, at TailyMemo we assure you that you will not suffer any financial loss. If it has been an extended period since your order was shipped and you have not yet received your package, please contact us. We will check with the carrier to confirm the status of the parcel, and then proceed to refund your purchase or send you a replacement.
