Non-Customized Orders
You can return non-customized items within 30 days of receiving them.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.
Items must include all original packaging (tags, box, pouch and etc).
To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
Customized Orders
Each TailyMemo piece is made-to-order based on your beloved pet, which makes them truly one-of-a-kind.
You may cancel and receive a full refund only before we start processing your order.
Once production has started or the item has shipped, we do not offer refunds.
However, we understand the sentimental value of these pieces and will do our best to ensure you’re happy with your order. If there's any issue, please contact us --we'll do our best to make it right.
Exchange:
If you’re not in love with the product, we offer a no-questions-asked exchange within 30 days of delivery. To start a exchange, please contact us with your order number.
Quality Issues:
If your item arrives with:
Visible defects in material or craftsmanship
A printing issue or poor-quality artwork
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide a free replacement. If the exact design is unavailable, we’ll offer a piece of similar value or style.
To start a free replacement, please contact us with a clear photo of the item and your order number.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm via email whether it’s been approved and process the refund accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Check your bank account or contact your card provider.
Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.
